Melissa Diaz is a dedicated Mexican American professional born in Chicago and raised in the Midwest. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Human Resource Management, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her career. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, she played a vital role in running their local grocery store, which fueled her passion for supporting small businesses. Throughout her career, Melissa has been instrumental in assisting small business owners with their startups and served on the City of East Chicago's Board for Urban Development. She later managed a bilingual branch at Teachers Credit Union, where she honed her skills in financial services and community engagement. In 2023, Melissa relocated full-time to San Miguel de Allende (SMA), where she transitioned into real estate. She has worked as a real estate assistant and Escrow Specialist, and she is now a licensed real estate agent. Melissa is committed to perfecting her craft by gaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate and banking markets in both the USA and Mexico, which allows her to provide exceptional service to her clients.
